Viola Biando

NILES - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Austintown for Mrs. Viola Biondo, 95, who died Saturday morning at Vista Care.
She was born on March 15, 1922, in Dayton, a daughter of the late James and Angelina Callallilos Sylvester.
Viola was a fantastic wife and mom, her family was everything to her. She enjoyed music and playing bingo.
Viola was married to Dominic Biondo whom she married in 1959, and he died in 1991.
She leaves two daughters, Jane Biondo of Niles and Angela Kile of Ventura, Calif.; her son, James Wojcicki of Hubbard; her nephew, Joseph Sorvillo; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and Marla Henzel, who was like a daughter to her.
Viola was also preceded in death by her seven sisters; three brothers; and her nephew, John Sorvillo.
Friends may call Thursday from noon to 12:45 p.m. at the church.
