AUSTINTOWN - Services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, for Viola "Pat" M. Conway, 90, who died Wednesday morning at Hospice House.
She was born May 3, 1922, in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Luman and Mabel George Hines.
Pat was a graduate of The Rayen School. She was a member of the Austintown Baptist Church. Viola's greatest love was for her family.
Her husband, John D. Conway, whom she married Jan. 3, 1942, passed away June 11, 1979.
She is survived by a son, Ken Jo Conway of Austintown; a daughter, Colleen David Merreot of Saline, Mich.; daughter-in-law, Jan Conway of Aliquippa, Pa.; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Pat was preceded in death by a son, John D. Conway Jr. and three brothers, Lloyd, Mearl and Bill Hines.
Family and friends may call Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice House in Pat's name.
