DAYTON - William P. Fiore, 89, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2011.
He was a 1950 graduate of Youngstown State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, a World War II Army Air Corps veteran serving with the 12th Air Force in Northern Italy, and was a hospital administrator for many years in Ohio and the Chicago area.
William was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Ann Fiore;, brother, Anthony W. Fiore; and his parents, Emil and Matilda Sebastiano Fiore.
He is survived by a son, Max D. Fiore of Minneapolis and a sister-in-law, Bette Fiore of Dayton.
The family will receive friends at the Tobias Funeral Home-Far Hills Chapel, 5471 Far Hills Ave. at Rahn Road, on Tuesday, May 3, 2011, from 6 to 7 p.m. and on May 5, 2011, from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.
