AUSTINTOWN - Funeral services will be held on Monday at 6 p.m. at the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel for Mr. William R. "Skip" Fulton, 63, who died Wednesday evening at Hospice House.
He was born Jan. 5, 1950, in Youngstown.
Skip was a 1968 South High graduate, a Navy Vietnam War veteran and had worked at The Vindicator as a District Manager with the Circulation Department for 22 years. He was a member of the USS Wainwright Alumni and was an avid fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide football team.
Skip leaves his wife, Deby Mastrovaselis Czombos, whom he married Oct. 23, 2008; two daughters, Erin Fulton of Poland and Kelli (Dan) Catullo of Boardman; one son, Ryan (Erica) Fulton of Hubbard; two stepsons, Dan Czombos of Youngstown and Michael (Marissa) Czombos of North Carolina; one sister, Lynn (Larry) Asdell of Austintown; one brother, Tim (Sharon) Malone of San Jose, Calif.; 10 grandchildren, Alex, Caden, Zahne, Chloe, Gavin, Tegan, Bella, Antonio, Luciano and Justin; and also mourning his loss are his former wife, Joann Nicola and stepdaughter, Jenna Berry.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Donna Grant Malone; and his maternal grandparents, Grumpy and Yady Gifford, with whom he made his childhood home.
Friends may call on Monday from 4 to 5:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice House for all their care and compassion.
