Boardman- A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 AM Tuesday morning at St. Charles Church, and prayers offered at 9:15 AM in the Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Boardman-Canfield Chapel for Mr. William E. Kondart, age 71, of Boardman, who died early Saturday morning at Forum Health North Side Hospital.
He was born April 24, 1937 in Campbell, a son of Willaim and Jennie Barbb Kondart.
William graduated from Campbell Memorial High School and attended Youngstown State University. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1954 through 1957.
He worked for 41 years for the Republic Steel Corporation in many supervisory positions in Youngstown, Cleveland, and in Canton retiring in 1999.
William was a member of St. Charles Church.
He is preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years the former Marie Lariccia, whom he married September 6, 1958. His mother, Jennie Repasky of Boardman, his daughter and son-in-law Lori and David Gabriele of Poland; two granddaughters, Lauren Rose and Gina Marie Gabriele and one grandson John William Gabriele who were the love of his life.
he also leaves his brother, Ronald Kondart of Philadelphia.
Friends may call Monday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
