William Seitl

Rochester, MN - Services will be held 9:30AM Tuesday at Higgins-Reardon Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel and at 10:00AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church for William J. Seitl, 89, who passed away Wednesday.
Mr. Seitl was born November 13, 1916 in Bessemer, PA the son of Frank and Frances Schuber Seitl, and later moved to Girard after his fathers death in 1925.
He was employed as a butcher for Schiavone Food Market from 1946 - 1982. He served his country during World War II with the United States Army for 5 years and was an active reservist for 30 years. Mr. Seitl was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post #301 of Austintown and a 70 year member of the SNPJ Lodge #643 of Girard. He moved to Rochester, MN in June of 1998 to be with his son.
His wife of 47 years, the former Isabel Mouland, whom he married in August of 1947, passed away in June of 1993.
He leaves his son, William F. Jennifer Seitl, grandchildren, Andrea Dan Donovan, Mary Elizabeth Seitl, and Jacqueline Victoria Seitl, and 2 great-grandchildren, Charles and Anna Donovan.
