FRANKLIN, TENN. - Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Higgins - Reardon Funeral Homes, Boardman-Canfield Chapel for Yolanda Mangin, 87, formerly of Youngstown, who passed away Wednesday afternoon at National Health Care in Franklin, Tenn.
Yolanda was born Aug. 12, 1923, in Youngstown, the daughter of Louis and Angelina DeSalvo Mosco.
Yolanda graduated from East High School.
She was a housemother for Gateways to Better Living for eight years. She was a member of the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Sons of Italy Lodge 858, where she was the first woman officer and the American Business Womens Association.
Her husband, Paul Mangin, whom she married July 16, 1942, passed away in March of 1982.
She leaves a daughter, Pam Alfred Robinson of Franklin; a grandson, AJ Michelle Robinson of New York City; and a great-granddaughter, Auden Robinson; and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Paul Mangin Jr. and four brothers Larry, Millie, Angelo, and Joseph Mosco.
Family and friends may call Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
